These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the customer ("Customer") and Meda Esthetic Lukic, a cosmetic studio based in Zurich.

By booking, purchasing, or using a service from Meda Esthetic Lukic, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

This address is the legally registered seat of the company and is provided according to Art. 3(1)(s) of the Swiss UWG.

2. Nature and legal qualification of services

All services offered are non-medical, cosmetic treatments for improving appearance and well-being.

Customers are responsible for deciding whether a cosmetic service is suitable for them.

No medical services, diagnoses, or health treatments are offered. No medical data is requested or stored.

3. Appointment booking and legal acceptance

A contract is formed when the customer makes a booking request (online, by phone, SMS/WhatsApp, or in person) and Meda Esthetic Lukic confirms it. By booking or signing a studio intake form, these terms are accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule appointments without giving reasons.

If a rescheduling of the appointment is necessary on our part, the customer naturally has the right to cancel the appointment free of charge.

4. Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies

We recognize that circumstances may change.

  • Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 50%.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service price.
  • This policy also applies to bookings made with vouchers or special offers.

In case of illness or emergencies, we are flexible – please contact us.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes.

Payment is due immediately after the service, unless otherwise agreed.

All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF). Payments in other currencies are not accepted.

Accepted payment methods: Cash, TWINT, or common cards.

Vouchers/special offers must be presented before payment.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, but will honor confirmed bookings.

6. Customer obligations

The customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and is responsible for:

  • Ensuring that they are in a condition suitable for non-medical cosmetic treatments.
  • Having no medical concerns against such treatments.
  • Informing the practitioner about basic sensitivities or preferences (e.g., skin sensitivity, cosmetic allergies).
  • Following general post-treatment instructions (if available).

We do not request or store medical information.

Customers are asked to consult a doctor if they have concerns about possible interactions with medical conditions.

7. Right to refuse or terminate service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in the following cases:

  • Inappropriate, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior.
  • Visible signs of infection, open wounds, or contagious skin conditions, or signs that the customer may need medical rather than cosmetic care.
  • Hygiene risks or concerns regarding personal safety.

8. Products and sales

We may recommend or offer cosmetic products in connection with treatments. These products:

  • Are not medical or therapeutic.
  • Are sold with manufacturer instructions.
  • Are used at the customer's own discretion.
  • Comply with Swiss cosmetic regulations and are obtained exclusively from official dealers.

Meda Esthetic Lukic is not liable for individual skin reactions caused by the use of products, unless these are due to demonstrable negligence.

9. Vouchers and special offers

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.
  • They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
  • Expired vouchers cannot be accepted.

10. Image use and consent

Photos or testimonials are only used with written consent from customers. Consent can be revoked at any time, but does not affect already published content.

11. Limitation of liability

We are only liable for gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We are not liable for:

  • Minor/temporary cosmetic reactions.
  • Unsatisfactory results when services are properly provided.
  • Problems due to undisclosed sensitivities or non-compliance.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days.

12. Note on treatment results

All services offered are exclusively for cosmetic care and aesthetic well-being. No medical diagnoses are made or healing promises given.

Treatment results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and individual reaction. A guarantee for specific results cannot be given.

13. Intellectual property

All content (texts, logos, designs) is protected. Use without written permission is not permitted.

14. Privacy

We do not collect medical/health data. Personal data is processed exclusively for providing services in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG). Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

16. Severability clause

If a provision is invalid, the remainder of these terms remains valid. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid ones that come closest to the purpose of the invalid provisions.
